1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Custom-manufactured springs and special order items are not eligible for return unless they deviate from the approved specifications or engineering drawings.
2. Replacement Timeline
If you receive a product that requires a replacement, please initiate the replacement request through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Once your replacement request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement items within 7 working days. If the items are out of stock, we will coordinate with you to provide an alternative solution or a refund.
3. Damaged Products
We take utmost care in packaging our industrial products securely. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic or video proof of the damage or defect along with your order details to help us expedite the resolution process.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse quality team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within 5 to 10 business days.
